Shipping and Postage

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in all orders processed within Australia.

Subscriptions
Postage costs are included in all subscriptions costs on this site.

Back Issues and Product Orders
Within Australia postage for Back Issues or Single Copy Purchases is AU$2.75 for all magazine titles, except Creative Weddings which is AU$10.00.

Overseas orders of Back Issues or Single Copies is US$5.00 per magazine. Postage for bulk orders will be quoted.

Shipping Times

Orders in Australia will be processed and dispatched usually with in 7 days.
Most orders are shipped by either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. Allow up to 14 days to receive goods.

Orders outside Australia will be processed and dispatched usually with in 14 days and posted by
Spring Global Mail. Allow up to 8 weeks to receive orders.

Refund Policy – back issues and books

If in the event that goods are not received, including subscriptions copies, please contact us by email info@creativelivingmedia.com.au, phone +61 2 9555 9322 or fax +61 2 9555 6188 to reconfirm your shipping address and we will check postal service. If the goods are missing we reserve the right to resend the order. Refunds will only be provided if we are unable to re-send orders.

Refund Policy – Subscriptions

Subscriptions are discounted from cover price and include postage for an agreed number of issues paid in advance. In the event that a request for a cancellation of subscription is received the discount and free postage will no longer apply.

A refund of the purchase price less the single issue plus postage of sent issues will be refunded via the same method that the original payment was received.
